Series 2 Land Rover Collected in Derby, Delivered to Ledbury

A real character on the truck today — a Series 2 Land Rover collected from Derby and delivered down to Ledbury in Herefordshire.

This one was in full working condition and had been used as a daily driver by the previous owner, which is exactly how a proper Land Rover should live. Even so, the new owner didn't want to risk a long motorway run in an older 4x4, so we loaded it onto the flat bed and brought it down in comfort.

Loaded carefully to protect the bodywork and canvas, strapped down with soft wheel straps, and a steady run from Derbyshire through the Midlands and into Herefordshire. It arrived in Ledbury ready to carry on earning its keep.
